WESTSIDE L.A. - Superior Court Judge John Torribio has sided with the West L.A. Chamber of Commerce and the Westwood South of Santa Monica homeowners association in a lawsuit that sought to delay the implementation of Mayor Villaraigosa's plan to make Olympic and Pico predominantly one-way streets. The judge has ordered that the city cannot proceed with the plan until an environmental impact study is completed, which can take several months.

BEVERLY HILLS - When Creative Artists Agency (CAA) pulled the plug on Beverly Hills and moved to Century City at the beginning of 2007, with International Creative Management (ICM) shortly following suit, there was a genuine fear that the city of Beverly Hills would lose a great deal of income, due to the fact that many of these big agencies represent even bigger stars who ultimately spend big when they dine at local restaurants.
